CEO & Founder
Jonathan Eaton is the CEO and founder of Synergy Information Solutions and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). For over 20 years, he has led the company with a deep commitment to innovation, client trust, and helping casinos run smarter, safer, and more connected.
Jonathan holds an Executive Education from Harvard and a certification in Deep Learning Systems from MIT. His experience in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity brings both vision and technical rigor to Synergy’s mission.
Darren Gayler
Director of Operations
Darren Gayler has guided Synergy’s infrastructure strategy for nearly a decade, bringing over 20 years of experience in network engineering and IT leadership. Darren’s deep expertise and industry knowledge ensures every system is secure, scalable, and built for the unique demands of casino operations. His steady leadership makes him a key force behind Synergy’s technology execution.
Hutch Hicken
Senior Account Manager
Hutch brings more than 25 years of technology experience to Synergy, including two decades building and leading SaaS platforms. He leads the architecture and development of the Pillars software suite, including AI systems designed for secure, on-premises deployment.
Before Synergy, Hutch co-founded and served as President and CTO of a digital experience SaaS company, where he built its technical infrastructure and led development teams across four continents.
A licensed Florida attorney, Hutch holds a Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School and brings extensive experience navigating technology, AI, and international regulatory requirements.
Tiffany Domes
Operations Manager
For over 14 years, Tiffany Domes has played a central role in shaping how Synergy runs. As Operations Manager, she leads the internal systems and processes that support seamless delivery across teams and projects. Her operational insight and long-standing commitment have been instrumental in scaling Synergy’s operations while driving efficiency, consistency, and a culture of accountability.

Project Manager
Steve Bahr has led project execution at Synergy for a decade, ensuring complex deployments stay on track and deliver value. His vast background in construction, IT, and project management bridges the gap between builders and technology teams. Steve’s methodical approach brings structure and consistency to Synergy’s client rollouts.
Ken Kuwabara
Senior Account Manager
Alex Vareles
Alex Varelas brings 8 years of technical sales experience to Synergy’s team. He supports clients by bridging infrastructure needs with practical solutions across Synergy’s service lines. Alex’s unique ability to identify underlining gaps helps operators to make better informed decisions.
Dan McIntyre
Senior Network Engineer
Dan brings 14 years of network engineering experience to Synergy, leading network discovery, design, and implementation across complex enterprise environments.
His expertise spans routing and switching, wireless, firewalls, data centers, and SD-WAN, with a focus on building secure, reliable networks that perform under real-world demands. Before joining Synergy, Dan led IT for a school district and served as the sole network engineer for a regional nonprofit fiber ISP. He holds a B.S. in Telecommunications Management from Illinois State University and is CCNP Enterprise certified.

Johanan Rhynard
Senior Systems Engineer
Johanan brings more than 15 years of systems engineering experience to Synergy, with deep expertise in data center infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise systems.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, he helps design, implement, and support the technology environments that keep client operations reliable, scalable, and secure. His certifications include CNP Data Center, Broadcom Proven Professional for VMware vSphere, and dual VMware VCP certifications in Data Center Virtualization and Desktop Mobility.
