Synergy Information Solutions reserves the right to revise this Agreement at any time and without prior notice by updating this Agreement. SECURITY / PRIVACY
Synergy Information Solutions, by way of synergyis.us, uses third party web analytics services to monitor a user’s individual browsing session and collects information in an effort to improve the content of our web site and your experience. We may use this information to notify you about updates to our web site, special offers or upcoming events. Under no circumstances do we release your personal information to third party licensors. If you supply us with your contact information, you may receive a customer service contact.

SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF YOUR USE
Your failure to follow the requirements of this Agreement may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services, without notice, in addition to Synergy Information Solutions’s other remedies. Synergy Information Solutions further reserves the right to terminate, without notice, any user’s access to or use of Synergy Information Solutions for any reason.

NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY
Synergy Information Solutions is for the personal use of individuals only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies and/or businesses may not use the services, the Information or the site for any commercial purpose. You agree not to make unauthorized use of Information by publication, re-transmission, distribution, performance, caching or otherwise, except as permitted by law or as expressly permitted in writing by this Agreement or Synergy Information Solutions. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the site, including efforts to collect usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the site, will be investigated and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal and injunctive redress.

ELIGIBILITY TO USE THIS SITE
The site is not intended for users under the age of 18. To use Synergy Information Solutions, you must be 18 years of age or older. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you may only use Synergy Information Solutions in conjunction with your parents or guardians. In addition, this site may include viruses that may infect your computer equipment and Synergy Information Solutions assumes no responsibility for any damages that may result from such viruses. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
